Mr. Kedia states that appeal has been admitted without condition of any pre-deposit and the appeal itself could be taken up for final hearing at the convenience of the court. Mr. Kedia states that though Interim Application was taken on 23rd March 2015, respondent has not taken any steps to execute the decree. Therefore, as suggested by Mr. Kedia the Civil Application is disposed with liberty to approach the court should the need arise.
