By consent of the learned Counsel the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation, the Writ Petition is disposed of by passing following order:- (i) The present Petition is treated as Representation made by the Petitioner. The Petitioner is permitted to file an additional Representation.

(ii) The Representation/s of the Petitioner shall be heard by the Municipal Commissioner of the Respondent-Panvel Municipal Corporation and appropriate decision shall be taken on the Representation/s, within a period of eight Nikita Gadgil 1/2

(iii) The Petitioner shall deposit with the RespondentCorporation an amount of Rs. 1.08 Cr. without prejudice to its rights and contentions within a period of four weeks from today.
