The Notice issued to Respondent No.6 is received unserved with remark "Respondent No.6 is not residing at given address".Respondent No.6 was Respondent No.1 in the proceedings before Tribunal and has participated in the proceedings by mentioning same address. It is evident that Respondent No.6 cannot be served by regular mode of service.
