The Petitioners have prayed for directing Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to grant regular pay scale after completion of 3 years probation period till the date of passing of D.Ed Course. 3.

The Division Bench of this Court in the case of Sheetal d/o Shivkant Chavan V/s. State of Maharashtra and Ors 1, has held that the teachers appointed in accordance with law are entitled to salary as untrained teachers till they acquired necessary 2018(6) Mh.L.J. 546 Sneha Chavan 1/2

In that view of the matter, rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (B).

Arrears to be paid to the Petitioners on the basis of the aforesaid order and shall be cleared within a period of three months from today.
