This is an application to record the demise of Petitioner No.1 Hazal Louis Gonsalves, in Writ Petition No.5385 of 2019, who expired on 05.04.2019.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that since Petitioner No.1 has expired, but her all heirs are already party on record and therefore, adding further party does not arise.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4.

The petitioners are directed to record the demise of Petitioner No.1 in the cause-title of Writ Petition No.5385 of 2019 forthwith. 5.
