In the morning session, no one appears for the Applicants. In the afternoon session also, no one appears for the Applicants. 2.

This is an Application for setting aside the order dated 25th November, 2019 passed by this Court thereby dismissing the Writ Petition and Civil Application for non prosecution and there is also prayer for restoration of Writ Petition on 16th December, 2021 and none present for the Applicants. No one has remained present on behalf of the Applicants today also.

It seems that the Applicants are not interested in prosecuting the proceedings.

Hence the Application is dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.

If at all, Applicants are intend to file restoration Application of this Interim Application, then they are directed to deposit Rs.5,000/- towards cost in this Court and then only the Application for restoration be entertained.
