The subject matter of the present petition is reinstatement of the Respondent workman. Learned Counsel for the Respondent workman submits that the Respondent has expired. In view of this, the petition is clearly infructuous. The same is disposed of. As for the wages during the interregnum under Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, all payments have been duly made in respect of the Respondent workman in pursuance of orders passed by this Court in Civil Application/s taken out in the present petition.
