The Petitioners make a grievance that the RespondentState has not complied with the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.4748/2019 and others dated 1 October 2020. The learned A.G.P. informs that the State has filed a Special Leave Petition against the said order and the same is pending in the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Respondents have taken recourse to the legal remedies and the challenge is pending. Therefore, though there is no interim order in appeal as of today, it cannot be said that the Respondents are defying the order dated 1 October 2021 to punish the Respondents under the contempt jurisdiction. The correctness of the order will now be decided in the proceedings pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 2.
