By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 53 days in filing the appeal from order. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have perused the civil application and also the affidavit in reply filed by the respondent. In my view the applicants have satisfactorily explained the delay of 53 days in filing the appeal from order. 3.

The delay of 53 days in filing the appeal from order is condoned. The applicants are directed to remove all office objections, if any, within two weeks from today. The civil application is 1/2
