In view of Order dated 8th April, 2021 the report from the Chief Medical Officer, Thane Central Prison dated 5th May, 2021 is received. The report mentions that the patient is suffering from difficulty in micturition (Urination), increased frequently of micturition with sense of incomplete evacuation. Sever burning with pain during micturition. Patient also suffering from urethral stricture with bladder diverticulum with right Renal Hydronephrosis with hydro ureter with renal parenchymal damage. He has been advised for urologist opinion and further management which is not possible at jail hospital. He needs urologist opinion for surgery at tertiary care

Learned APP submits that the report also indicate that the condition of the applicant is clinically stable. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is required to undergo surgery, which is evident from the aforesaid report. The report states that the applicant has been advised for urologist opinion and further management, which is not possible at jail hospital. He needs urologist opinion for surgery tertiary care centre at J. J. Hospital.

Considering this circumstances, by way of last chance, the temporary bail granted to the applicant, is extended till 30th June, 2021. In the meantime, the applicant shall obtain the opinion of Urologist as indicated in the report and undergo the requisite treatment. The applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authority on 1st July, 2021.
