Learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks liberty to withdraw this second appeal and submits that the appellant has already filed an affidavit in this Court on 26th November, 2015 stating that she wishes to withdraw the second appeal unconditionally. It is stated that she has been also explained the consequences of her withdrawing the second appeal and knowing well, she has decided to withdraw the second appeal after considering all the facts and circumstances of this case.

In view of the affidavit of the appellant and in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the appellant,the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 1/2

Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant seeks to apply for return of some of the relevant documents which were filed by the appellant in this Court. If any such application is made by the appellant before the concerned officer, same can be considered on its own merits.
