1] Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that subject elections are over. The grievance of the learned counsel is that formation of wards and preparation of voters' list qua these wards have to be done in a fair and transparent manner, for which adequate training is required to be given to the concerned staff. He submits that Election Commission shall give appropriate instructions in regard to the officers concerned in this regard.
