On 8th January 2024, Mr. Sanjeev Kadam stated that he has given his no objection to the Petitioner and another counsel had filed her vakalatnama on behalf of Petitioner. A final opportunity was given to the Petitioner to appear and proceed with the matter, failing which it was specifically mentioned that the petition may be dismissed for want of prosecution.
