Heard Mr. Upadhyay, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mehta, learned Counsel for the respondent. 2.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have amicably settled controversy between them. Mr. Upadhyay states that the petitioner is present in the Court. He has tendered photo copy his Driving Licence which is taken on record and marked "Exhibit A" for identification. Mr. Mehta submits that the respondent is present in the Court. He has tendered photo copy of her Aadhar Card, which is taken on record and marked "Exhibit B" for identification. The parties admit and confirms the settlement. The learned Counsel for the parties also confirm the settlement.

Mr. Mehta submits that in pursuance of the order dated 17th February, 2017, the petitioner has deposited amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- in

21-wp-6016-2016.odt this Court. The respondent has withdrawn Rs.1,50,000/-. She may be permitted to withdraw remaining amount i.e Rs. 50,000/- along with accrued interest, if any. The petitioner has no objection. 4.

In view thereof, the respondent is permitted to withdraw Rs.50,000/- along with accured interest, if any, unconditionally. Mr. Upadhyay seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. On the motion made by Mr. Upadhyay, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and as such is disposed of. Order accordingly.
