This is an application seeking time to furnish surety for a period of eight weeks. The applicant was granted bail vide order dated 19th April 2017. The order was subsequently modified on 31st January 2019 by directing that applicant be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. By this application the applicant has sought extension of time to furnish sureties. This application is filed on 3rd March 2020. Apparently it appears that the application has become infructuous. Hence, this application stand disposed of as infructuous.
