The appellants, who are the original plaintiffs, have filed the L.C. Suit No.637 of 2015 and taken out a draft Notice of Motion in the said suit against redevelopment and praying that the suit building is not to be demolished. The trial Court has refused adinterim relief by order dated 7.3.2015 which is under challenge. 2.

None appears for the appellants. Learned Counsel for the respondents submit that the suit building is already demolished and in fact, the parties have entered into consent terms in the Notice of Motion No.834 of 2015 in Regular Appeal No.629 of 2016

ao.898.2015_14.doc before the Division Bench of this Court. She produced a copy of the said order of the Division Bench dated 24.1.2017. 3.

In view of the building being demolished, nothing remains in this Appeal from Order and hence, it is disposed of as infructuous. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
