Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This civil application seeks recall of two orders passed by Registrar (Judl) of dismissal of Civil Application No.3638/2012 for nonremoval of office objections as well as an order passed by this court on 9 January 2017 for failure on the part of the Applicant to take steps in the matter. There is no reply to the civil application. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The Applicant is granted two weeks' time to supply a copy of the civil application for service on Respondent No.4, failing which Civil Application No.3638/2012 shall stand dismissed without reference to this court.
