Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal provided under section 35(1A) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance And Redevelopment) Act, 1971 before the appellate authority i.e. Grievance Rederssal Committee constituted by the State Government.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. An appeal shall be filed within two weeks from today. If any application for condonation of delay is filed by the petitioners before the appellate authority, the appellate authority shall condone the same. No order as to costs.
