The application filed by the Applicant under Section 389 of Cr.PC was allowed vide order dated 4th March 2019 by this court. The applicant seeks to be enlarged on provisional cash bail. The prayer is granted. Hence, the following order: Order i) The Criminal Application is allowed.

ii) The applicant be enlarged on provisional cash bail of Rs. 15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) and shall furnish sureties in the like amount within eight weeks from the date of released.

iii) The applicant shall cause his appearance before the varsha

varsha 905-APPA-398-19 Special Court (Anti Corruption) once in every six months on the date assigned by the Special Court. Upon failure to cause his appearance on any two consecutive dates, the Special Court shall make report to the High Court and the prosecution would be at liberty to seek cancellation of bail.
