After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court, if the trial pertaining to CR No. 239 of 2015 registered with Tilak Nagar Police Station, Mumbai culminated in Sessions Case No. 500 of 2015 pending before the Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai does not commence within a period one year from today. Leave and liberty granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
