The parties have settled their dispute amicably and have already filed consent terms dated 7th July, 2015. The revision was kept pending for compliance of clauses 10 and 11 of the said consent terms on or before 20th July, 2015. Learned counsel and their respective clients are present before the Court and submitted that clauses 10 and 11 of the consent terms are complied with.
