It is informed by learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the next date fixed before the Sessions Court, Pune is 17th June, 2019. Learned Senior Counsel prays that presence of the original complainant- Mr.Manikrao Chandarrao Arya (PW-1) may be exempted on 17th June, 2019 before the Sessions Court, Pune, who is seized of the proceedings in Sessions Case No.848 of 2014.
