At the outset, the learned counsel Mr. Sarogi, appearing for the applicant states on instructions that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw this application . Accordingly Criminal Application is dismissed as withdraw.

It further appears that this Court by its order dated 20th April, 2012, in Criminal Application No.347 of 2012 had rejected the application filed by present applicant for his release on bail. However, the Court expedited the hearing of this appeal. The applicant is in jail and since the paper book is ready, we direct that the appeal filed by the applicant i.e. Criminal Appeal No.249 of 2012 be added to the final hearing board at its appropriate place from 08.06.2015 with liberty to applicant to urge before Page No 1 of 2

Application is accordingly dismissed with the aforesaid directions.
