Record indicates that, in pursuant of Order dated 13.02.2020, the State has served Respondents and an affidavit dated 30.08.2022 affirmed by Mr. Vikas D. Madake, Police Sub-Inspector attached to Chakan Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, District Pune has been filed on record in that behalf.
