We have heard the petitioner-in-person. Perused the record. His apprehension is that some persons by name Ramchandra Annapa Dhudal, Shankar Ramu Vagare, Maruti Ramu Vagare and Dhanaji Vilas Dudhal are threatening him of dire consequences. He submits that he is having land being Gut No. 914, 923,924 and 1081 ad measuring 1 H and 11 R in Tal. Zat, Dist. Sangli. He had once tried to approach Superintendent of Police, Sangli but he could not get appointment. The
2/2 38wp1183.16.sxw police is not helping him and he fears for his life. He seeks police protection.

The petitioner-in-person insisted that he be heard personally. Accordingly we heard him.

In case petitioner wants to get police protection then petitioner may file appropriate application with the office of Superintendent of Police. In respect of other grievances, the petitioner may resort to alternate remedies as prescribed in law.
