Heard the learned APP appearing for applicant-State and learned counsel appearing for respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent vehemently oppose the prayer of applicant for condonation of delay and submits that the delay has not been properly explained. Therefore, he submits that the application may be rejected.

Admittedly, the appeal fled by the respondent is admitted and pending for consideration before the bench presided over by learned Single Judge.
