This is an Application for condonation of delay of 762 days in preferring the present Revision Application against conviction. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, though the Appeal preferred by the Applicant was dismissed by the Appellate Court on 6th February 2019, his Advocate, to whom the said Appeal was entrusted, used to inform that, the said Appeal is still pending and therefore Applicant was rest assured. It is specifically pleaded in para No.4 of the present Application that, the concerned Advocate misguided the Applicant which is one of the major factors in causing delay in filing the present Revision Application. 1/2

Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (b).
