In view of the settlement, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition and he further seeks leave to withdraw the amount deposited pursuant to the order dated 08/01/2020.

Learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection for withdrawal of the said amount.

In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Petition. Amount deposited by the Petitioner pursuant to the order dated 08/01/2020 along with the interest accrued thereon be paid to the Petitioner.

The Petition as well as the application stands disposed of in above terms.
