Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the learned Sessions Judge has rejected the interim Application preferred by the Applicant pending the main Anticipatory Bail Application. She submits that the main Anticipatory Bail Application was kept for hearing on 06.03.2018 and 13.03.2018, however, no orders were passed on the said dates and that the next date is 23.03.2018. She requests that the learned Judge be directed to decide the said Application on 23.03.2018, as the Applicant is being hounded by the police.

Considering the aforesaid, it is not necessary to go into the merits of the Application at this stage. Suffice to state, that the learned
ABA 521-18.doc Sessions Judge shall decide the main Anticipatory Bail Application on 23.03.2018.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

It is made clear, that this Application has not been heard on merits.
