Heard Mr.Shimpi, learned Counsel for the applicant and Ms.Patrawala, learned Counsel for respondent nos.1(a) to 1(f). 2.
By this civil application the applicant prays for fixing early date of hearing. I have perused the averments made in the civil application. The applicant is senior citizen aged about 84 years. The reasons as to why the petition would require early hearing are set out in paragraph 3 of the petition. There cannot be any opposition to the

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) . Office is directed to list the petition for final hearing in the week commencing from 6 November 2017.
