In that view of the matter, the Application is allowed. The Applicants/Appellants are permitted to delete the name of Respondent No. 1(a) Abdul Gafar Ansari from the cause title of the Appeal. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Interim Application is disposed off. 4.
