The Applicant had earlier approached this Court vide Criminal Bail Application No.1833 of 2019. It was argued for some time and it was withdrawn unconditionally. It is recorded so in the order dated 07/08/2019.

Learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any change in circumstance on the merits of the matter which goes to the root of the matter. He, however, submitted that Charges are now framed and, therefore, the trial Court can be directed to conduct trial expeditiously. He does not press this application. Considering this request, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn. However, since the Charges are framed, the trial Court shall make all the efforts to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible in consonance with Section 309 of Cr.p.c. 4.
