By this civil application, the applicant has prayed that the order dated 23rd December 2011 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) be set aside.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that office objections would be removed within two weeks from today and would take steps to serve the respondent no.1C at the new address mentioned in the cause title of the civil application within three weeks from today. Statements are accepted.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application and in view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the order dated 23rd December 2011 is set aside on the condition that the applicant takes steps to serve the respondent no.1C at the new address mentioned in the cause title of the civil application within three weeks from today.
