This application is filed for suspension of sentence and grant of bail. 2.

It is not in dispute that the Accused was on bail during the trial and also during the pendency of the appeal. It is not in dispute that the liberty granted by this Court is not misused by the Applicant-Accused. 3.

Though the learned counsel for the Complainant, who is assisting the Learned APP for the State, would urge that there are chances of Applicant Accused running away to Bangladesh, however, the fact remains that through V.A. Tikam 1/2

APPR 170 of 2018 out the trial and also hearing of the appeal, the Applicant-Accused has not misused the liberty and the anxiety expressed by the learned counsel for the complainant can be redressed by putting certain conditions on the Applicant accused.

In this background, following order is passed: (i) Sentence ordered by the Learned Sessions Judge in Appeal No. 720 of 2013 is suspended.

(ii) The Applicant shall be released on bail on same terms and conditions on which the Learned Appellate Court has ordered her release. (iii) The Applicant shall report to the D.B. Marg Police Station on 1st of every month.
