1] These are applications for reduction of amount of personal bond and surety bond.

APPLN.115-2019.doc 2] By Orders dated 18th February 2019, 13th February 2019 and 16th February 2019 while releasing the respective applicants on bail, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thane directed the applicants to furnish Personal Bond and Surety Bond of Rs.20,000/- by each of them. The Trial Court imposed the said condition after taking into consideration the attending circumstances involved in the present case. The applicants hail from Uttar Pradesh and Mumbai respectively. The apprehension of the prosecution is that, if appropriate security is not accepted from the applicants, they will not be available subsequently for trial.

3] I find substance in the apprehension expressed by the prosecution and no merits in the applications. 4] All applications are accordingly rejected. .
