In view of the averments made in the application and in view of the fact that Petition is at pre- admission stage, proposed amendment deserves to be allowed. Accordingly Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from the date on which the order is uploaded. After amendment is carried out, we permit Petitioner to move the Court.
