The grievance of Petitioner is in the nature of suggestions and/or directions to the Legislature to amend the Prisons (Bombay Parole and Furlough) Rules, 1959 and for other improvements in the Rules. Petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the State Government.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that, Petitioner has been released on bail under the Order of this Court on 11th June, 2022. 3.

In view of the above, we find that, nothing survives in the Petition at this stage.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
