At the outset learned APP submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime i.e. C.R. No. 773 of 2021 registered with Navghar Police Station, Mira Bhaindar, Vasai-Virar Police Commissionerate, dated 13th November, 2021, police have submitted charge-sheet on 30th August, 2022 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, 8th Court, Thane. That, the same has now been numbered as R.C.C. No.3099 of 2022. 2.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file an Application for discharge before the trial Court as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C.

Leave and liberty granted.
