The learned Counsel for the Respondent- Union of India has pointed out that the Petition does not survive. The Petitioner was transferred vide order dated 1 September JYOTI RAJESH MANE 2017 by the Central Railway, Divisional Office, Pune. He challenged the said order by filing Original Application No. 666 of 2017, before by JYOTI RAJESH MANE Date: 2023.11.06 01:08:06 +0530 the Central Administrative Tribunal, which was dismissed by the impugned order dated 9 February 2018. Therefore, as regards the aspect of transfer is concerned, which was the subject matter of the Original Application, same does not survive. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
