The learned AGP states that Disciplinary Enquiry against Shri B.C. Munde has been ordered to be initiated and Inquiry Officer as well as Presenting Officer have been appointed. 2.

As regards the directions given in clause 2 of order dated 7th September, 2015 to the Commissioner of Police, he states that the said order was belatedly communicated by the Deputy Controller of Rationing, F-Region, Thane to the Commissioner of Police by a letter dated 17th October, 2015.

Hence, we extend the time granted to the Commissioner of Police as well as to the Officer appointed by the Commissioner of Police to comply with the order dated 7th September, 2015 till 30th November, 2015. Compliance affidavit shall be filed on or before 2nd December, 2015. Place the Petition on 4th December, 2015 under the caption of Directions.
