The learned APP, upon instructions, submits that in the present case, the trial has commenced. According to the chargesheet, there are 119 witnesses to be examined. The prosecution has examined 12 witnesses. The next scheduled date is 29/10/2015. In view of this, the application seeking expeditious trial need not be considered.
