This is an application filed by the applicant through Jail seeking expeditiously disposal of his case and treatment for his ailments. 2.
Learned Counsel Mr.Anand Patil, was appointed as Amicus Curiae to espouse the cause of the Applicant in the said matter. He submitted that the applicant is suffering from a kidney ailment and some eye problem which needs to be treated.

Learned APP has tendered the health report of the applicant given by the Chief Medical Officer, Yerwada Central Prison. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In remark column 10 it is stated that all medicines prescribed by Sassoon Hospital are provided to the applicant, since November, 2015 and he is responding well to the medical conservation treatment till date. It is further stated that he will be referred to Sassoon Hospital, Pune, depending on the severity of the ailment and availability of the police escort in future. As far as his eye problem is concerned, his vision is corrected with spectacles. 4.
Considering the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed with regard to his ailment, at this stage. As far as expeditious disposal of his case is concerned, learned APP on telephonic instructions received from P.I Crime Branch, Pune states that only one witness in the said case is remained to be examined i.e. finger print expert and that the said witness will be examined on 6th April, 2016. 5.
In view of the said statement, nothing survives for consideration in the said application. The same is disposed of accordingly.

A copy of the said order be forwarded to the applicant, who is lodged in Yerwada Central Prison. Pune.
