DATED : 27 FEBRUARY 2023 P.C. :- The learned APP on instructions submits that trial has commenced and the prosecution has examined 11 witnesses. Considering these facts, I am not inclined to entertain present application. Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 2017, the trial court shall endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible. If the trial is not concluded within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court.
