P.C.:- 1) After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant at length and after taking into consideration the serious allegations against the Applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No. II-33 of 2017, registered with Shil Diaghar Police Station, District Thane does not commence within a period of one year from today. Leave and liberty granted.
