2] Respondent is absent though duly served with private notice as well as notice issued through Court. 3] This application is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of P.A. No.1108 of 2017, pending on the file of Family Court, at Pune to Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. 4] Applicant is the wife. She is residing at Mumbai. She is having son of 8 years old, who is deaf and undertaking treatment in Mumbai with the help of N.G. O., and Social Trust. She has filed Petition No.1591 of 2017 in the Family Court at Bandra under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, which is still pending. 5] In view thereof, considering the inconvenience caused to 1/2
