Considering the nature of evidence that was adduced against the applicant during the trial, I am not inclined to suspend the sentences imposed upon him, at this stage. However, it is absolutely necessary to hear the Appeal itself expeditiously. It is seen from the office note that Record and Proceedings along with paper book have been received in connected Appeal Nos.677/13 and 1236/13. It is therefore directed that the present Appeal

Tilak 2/2 (15)APPA-400-15 along with the said two Appeals be listed for final hearing, peremptorily, on 28 th April 2015.

A copy of the paper book be furnished to the learned counsel for the applicant, free of charge.
