This Court (Coram : Sandeep K. Shinde, J.) vide order dated 06.06.2022 had requested the trial Court to make an endeavour to conclude the trial on or before 08.07.2022. The report of the trial Court was called for.

Perused the report. It appears that the Applicant was not properly represented before the trial Court. The trial Court had appointed an Advocate from the panel of the Legal Services Authority. He moved an Application for setting aside the order of 'No cross-examination' passed against the Applicant in respect of

21. BA 1483-2021.doc witnesses i. e. PW.2, PW.4 & PW.5. These three witnesses have been re-called for cross-examination. The Applicant, now, will get an opportunity to cross examine the aforesaid witnesses. Otherwise, it appears that the trial is almost completed. 4.

In these circumstances, I am not inclined to grant relief, but with a rider that he will be at liberty to approach this Court after a period of three months, if the trial is not concluded. 5.

The Application is dismissed with liberty as mentioned above.
