Mr.Arshad Shaikh learned Senior Counsel for Petitioners on instructions states that his clients do not want to press any reliefs in respect of issuance of communication dated 23 January, 2023 which is part of prayer clauses (a) to (d) of the Petition at this stage. Insofar as relief sought in respect of communication dated 8th January 2023 issued by the Tahsildar to the Registering Authority, not to register the documents in respect of the property developed by the Petitioners has become infructuous.

Insofar as Communication dated 8th February 2023 is concerned learned Special Counsel for the State on instructions states that his clients are withdrawing the said communication forthwith, and will take steps under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 for recovery of dues, if any. Statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned Senior Counsel for the parties, nothing survives in this petition. The State Government is at liberty to take steps for recovery of the alleged dues, if any, against the Petitioner under the provisions of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, or any other provisions of law. Writ Petition is disposed off in aforesaid terms.
