DATED : 30th JUNE, 2022 P.C:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order dated 1/02/2022.

The learned counsel would submit that there is a delaying tactic adopted by the wife, and he seek direction of expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The proceedings in form of P.A. No. 314 of 2019, are pending since 3 years and the learned Family Court, Judge has taken appropriate care to see to it that the proceedings are not delayed by the respondent wife. No further orders are necessary. The aforesaid order do not call for any interference. Writ petition is dismissed. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Ashish Mhaske
