In consideration of the facts of the case and the order dated 17 th March, 2022 below Exhibit-5, passed by the District Judge-3, Kolhapur in Regular Civil Appeal No. 59 of 2021, let the Regular Civil Appeal be disposed of within three months i.e. on/or before 15 th January, 2023.

I have issued these directions, reason being, the learned Judge in his order dated 17 th March, 2022 expedited the hearing of Regular Civil Appeal. In that view of the

matter, till the disposal of the Regular Civil Appeal, the parties shall maintain the status-quo in respect of the suit property. 3.

It is clarified that this Court has not heard the parties on merits.
